Community Education and Melrose Activities will be offering a Virtual Build 24 Fitness Program for the month of June for students entering grades 7-12 in the upcoming school year. We'd also like to invite community members to join if you'd like! This program begins on June 8.

*Get ready for 16 days of core work, agility, quickness, and explosiveness training, no gym, and no weights. Sandy Rasmussen will be leading 4 workouts per week via Zoom. An additional goal of this program is helping students realize that sleep and nutrition during the summer are very important. BUILD 24 is about intense training, and about the 24 hours in a day - what you do to supplement the training with sleep, nutrition, and self-care.
