Bond Referendum 2023

On February 14, Melrose Area Public School residents will vote whether to approve funding to address our critical building needs.

Strong Schools Build Strong Communities

Why Now? The needs are real and not going away.

For more than two years, the District and community facilities task force has been working to develop a comprehensive long-range facility plan. We’ve remained committed to bringing forth a plan that prioritizes the most critical needs. Areas of our high school building are more than 50 years old and in need of maintenance and construction upgrades.

Melrose Area Public School residents pay the least in school taxes compared to neighboring districts. We cannot fall behind. We need to stay competitive with schools around us. Let's work together for our kids, our communities and our future.
