2026 MELROSE JO VOLLEYBALL
INFORMATIONAL MEETING & REGISTRATION
We’re excited to invite your 5th - 11th grade daughter to join the Melrose JO Volleyball Program for the upcoming 2026 season! It’s a great opportunity for young athletes to learn the game, make new friends, and build confidence—all while having fun on the court!

Registration
Now Open! Registration closes Sunday, November 16th.
Visit MelroseVolleyball and click on “MELROSE JO REGISTRATION 2026.”
Player Evaluations – Sunday, November 16th
All evaluations will be held at Melrose Elementary Gyms.
Grades 6–8: 1:00 PM – 2:30 PM
Grades 9–11: 3:00 PM – 4:30 PM
Grade 5: Players will register but will not be evaluated.
If your player can’t attend, please register by November 16th and contact Jill Funk at jilrad@meltel.net.
Parent Meeting – Sunday, November 16th
We will hold a Parent Meeting in the high school cafeteria during the evaluation sessions.
Parents can register and attend during their athlete’s evaluation time.
All parents are encouraged to attend—we’ll cover important season details and answer questions.
If you have multiple athletes, attending one meeting is sufficient.
Parents of 5th graders should attend the 1:00 PM (Grades 6–8) session.
Player fees will be collected during the meeting.
Players do not need to attend.
Season Details
Practices: Begin mid-February on Sunday late afternoons/evenings.
Tournaments:
11s & 12s: 4 tournaments (March–April)
13s & older: 5 tournaments (March–April)
Home Tournament: April 11–12
Fees:
11s & 12s: $150 (4 tournaments)
13s–17s: $200 (5 tournaments)
Scholarships are available and handled confidentially—please reach out if assistance is needed.
