Congratulations to Brooke Ruoff and Teague Dusha, 2025-26 Melrose Area High School AAA Award recipients!
The Academics, Arts, and Athletics Award, commonly known as the Triple 'A' Award, honors high school seniors throughout the state who have a 3.0 or higher-grade point average and who participate in League-sponsored athletic and fine arts activities.
Brooke Ruoff, daughter of Jonathan & Paula Ruoff, has been involved in Swimming, Choir, NHS, Speech, and Synchronized Swimming. She is a Girls Swim Team Captain, and a number lead for Sync Swimming. Brooke is active in school events, and was last year's ExCEL Award Winner. Brooke plans to continue her swimming career as she attends college.
Teague Dusha, son of Ryan and Mollie Dusha, has been involved in Football, Basketball, NHS, Speech, and Student Council. He has been a captain for Football, Basketball, and Speech. Teague is very active in school events, and was last year's ExCEL Award Winner. Teague plans to attend NDSU with an undecided major.
Brooke and Teague will compete at the Subsection AAA competition in January 2026. Good Luck!!!
