We did not have a Stearns County Public Health meeting last Thursday.  They decided to go to an every other week format. We have been asked to pull our numbers directly from the JWolfin site for our numbers. In the latest comparable numbers to last year's metrics, we are now at 162.22.  This marks a significant increase from last week. This bump may be because of people getting together over the MEA weekend. As reported last Thursday in a ranking of Stearns County school district positivity rates of 1 being the highest rate, Melrose is now at number 2.

A reminder on the Flu/COVID Vaccine clinic at the school on Tuesday, November 9.  CentraCare Melrose will be doing the vaccine clinic on 11/9 from 4-7 pm in the ITV room. All students will need permission from their parents/guardian to receive either vaccine.

Our numbers continue to remain low within our buildings. Although we have plateaued, we have plateaued at a high level.  The occupancy rate in local and regional hospital numbers continues to be high.  With the numbers slowly coming down we will begin to look at relaxing some of our mitigation strategies in our buildings.

Our numbers from last week:

If you have any questions or concerns do not hesitate to contact me or any of the building principals.
