Congratulations to Gracelyn Sakry and Brandon Stalboerger - this year's Melrose High School recipients of the Triple 'A' - Academics, Arts, and Athletics - Award. This award honors high school seniors throughout the state who have a 3.0 or higher grade point average and who participate in Minnesota High School League-sponsored athletic and fine arts activities.
Gracelyn is the daughter of Ben and Jean Sakry. She is involved in Band, Swimming, Dance, and has a 3.9 GPA. Gracelyn will Attend UMD or U of M - Twin Cities and major in Criminology or Immigration Law.
Brandon is the son of Tom and Mary Stalboerger. He is involved in Band, Speech, Musicals, Knowledge Bowl and has a 4.0 GPA. Brandon will attend MSU- Moorhead and major in Mathematics Education.
