Open Gym, Open Swim and Pickleball - today at 1 p.m.

Before Title IX, before we had a gymnastics program, Melrose Area Schools had Girls Athletic Association, where girls could participate. In these 1956-57 photos, girls were practicing tumbling. They were excited to get the new trampoline! See more pictures at dutchmen.touchpros.com!

We are proud of our Dutchmen, and we know you are too. We want our school district to keep providing excellent educational and extra curricular opportunities for all students. Make sure to check out the information about our building needs and plan for the referendum coming up this February: https://www.isd740.org/page/bond2023

Reminder - No School November 24 & 25. Enjoy your break.

Why is Melrose Area Schools pursuing a referendum now?
👉 Parts of our high school are do not meet ADA code requirements
👉 The original 1969 pool and gym flooring is nearing the end of it's usuable life
👉 Industrial Tech opportunities are limited due to appropriate space
👉 The longer we wait to address these needs, the higher likelihood of additional costs and time. Check out https://www.isd740.org/page/bond2023 for more information about the referendum.

Practice Begins Today for grades 7-12 Wrestling and grades 9-12 Boys Basketball. Go Dutchmen!
