National Infant Immunization Week (NIIW) is a yearly observance held in April, highlighting the importance of protecting children two years and younger from vaccine-preventable diseases. NIIW is April 22-29, 2024. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommend children stay on track with their well-child appointments and routine vaccinations.
Students in Mr. Nietfeld's Planning Your Future Class had an opportunity to tour Wells Concrete in Albany recently. Did you know the Albany location of Wells Concrete includes a 185,000 sq ft manufacturing and office facility with 80+ acres of land? Melrose Area Middle and High Schools celebrated the Speech Team today at our Pep Fest! Our Speech Team will be competing in the Class A State Speech Meet tomorrow, April 19, 2024. There are four rounds, beginning at 10:15am, and the Awards Ceremony will be Livestreamed on Facebook by the Melrose Speech Team at approximately 5:30pm.
