CentraCare Clinic will be at Melrose Area Public Schools on 8/24/21 from 4-7pm, to give COVID-19 vaccinations. This vaccine is intended to be the first of two doses for people ages 12 and up. Please bring your insurance card and photo ID. CentraCare will be set up in the ITV room, located in the High School.
