Reminder - No Open Swim, Open Gym or Pickleball on Sunday, February 12!

Students in Culinary Class have been working on Maillard Reaction (caramelization) all week! Students made their own brioche hamburger buns, ground their own meat, seasoned it to their satisfaction, then pan seared and cooked burgers to perfection.

Congratulations to SnoDaze Dutchess, Kaydence Bertram, and Duke, Jake Feldewerd!
