How to Register For Activities With Affinety
Please go to the isd740.org website.
Look under Menu for the heading labeled Activities/Athletics -- or use the yellow box, labeled Activities
Click on Affinety Activity Registration
Click on the Blue Soccer Ball at the top to register for Activities
Create a New Profile (if you haven't already) or Log In with your email & password (if you have created a profile already)
Parents: After making your profile, you will be offered a chance to ‘Add A Student’ -- this is the time to name all the students in your family. This will link your family’s accounts. Students do not need to do this step.
Look at the list for a your activity, and choose your activity; IF YOU’RE PAYING WITH A CREDIT CARD
Use ‘Special Payment Request’ if you want to pay in the office with cash or a check
The Affinety system walks you through all the forms, electronically
You will be asked for four Emergency Contacts
You will also be asked for your Insurance Name & Number.

State Launches Increased COVID-19 Testing:
In response to increased levels of community spread of COVID-19 statewide, the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) will launch a four-week effort to provide increased access to “no barrier” COVID-19 testing in communities across the state beginning on Wednesday, Sept. 23. Please read more here:

Preschool Open House follows the same staggered schedule as K-5.
One parent may accompany NEW preschoolers, if your child attended preschool last year, they will not have an open house.

Last Name: A-D - 4:00-5:00 p.m.
Last Name: E-M - 5:00-6:00 p.m.
Last Name: N -Z - 6:00- 7:00 p.m.
The Melrose PTA will be selling Dutchmen masks and gaiters starting Monday at Open House - outside door 2 (August 24, 25, and 26.) They will have both youth and adult sized masks. Masks are $8 each and the gaiters are $10 each. If you’d like to pre-order or make arrangements to pick up them another way, please e-mail melrosemnpta@gmail.com
Melrose was recently added as an ACT National Test site for September and October. There are a very limited number of seats (36) so register quick! Registration is due by August 28 for the September test.
