Advanced Culinary Students cooked a fancy meal this week - Tacos de Lengua - or Beef Tongue Tacos! Our students made Salsa Verde and Corn Tortillas for their delicious meal. Beef Tongue can be purchased at Martinez, in Melrose. Special thanks for the donation of beef tongues!

National Infant Immunization Week (NIIW) is a yearly observance held in April, highlighting the importance of protecting children two years and younger from vaccine-preventable diseases. NIIW is April 22-29, 2024. Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) recommend children stay on track with their well-child appointments and routine vaccinations.

Did you know the Albany location of Wells Concrete includes a 185,000 sq ft manufacturing and office facility with 80+ acres of land?
